How much water can the 555/565 produce?
It has a cooling capacity of 20 gallons per hour (75.8 liters), enough to fill roughly six 8 oz. glasses every minute, making it well suited for high-volume settings.
How does the sparkling water work, and does it need CO2?
The 555/565 uses CO2 cylinders to produce chilled sparkling water. If connecting to a bulk or existing CO2 system, a CO2 line terminating at a 1/4” barbed shutoff valve must be available within 40” of the installation site, with a minimum CO2 pressure of 100 psi.
Why does the 555/565 have a tall dispensing area?
The 14.6” dispensing height is designed to accommodate large glasses, carafes, and pitchers, making it easy to fill bigger containers quickly.
What are the pre-installation requirements for the 555/565?
The unit requires a dedicated 3/8” potable water supply (14.5–51 psi), a dedicated 115 VAC/60Hz/15 amp standard electrical circuit within 5 feet of the machine (no extension cords), an on-site CO2 supply (minimum 100 psi), a 1” hole for the water and CO2 lines, and 4” of clearance for ventilation in enclosed spaces.
