The 580 uses a discreet undercounter chiller and carbonator paired with a stylish counter-mounted single-point faucet, keeping the countertop clean while delivering premium still and sparkling water.
How does the sparkling water work, and does it need CO2?
The 580 uses CO2 cylinders to produce chilled sparkling water. A full CO2 cylinder must be on-site before installation, and if connecting to a bulk or existing CO2 system, a CO2 line terminating at a 1/4” barbed shutoff valve must be available within 40” of the installation site, with a minimum CO2 pressure of 100 psi.

What are the pre-installation requirements for the 580?
The unit requires a 3/8” potable cold water supply (14.5–51 psi), a 115 VAC/60Hz/15 amp GFCI-protected electrical circuit within 5 feet of the machine (no extension cords), an on-site CO2 supply (minimum 100 psi), and undercounter space with 4” of clearance on all sides and 8” above the machine for ventilation.
