Most Culligan Quench sparkling water dispensers do not add caffeine to the water. However, the Bevi 2.0 and Bevi Countertop models offer an option to add caffeine. To enable this feature, you can order a caffeine enhancement bib for your Bevi machine. Once installed, users who want to add caffeine to their water can select the caffeine option through the touchscreen feature. To make carbonated water, the process begins by obtaining carbon dioxide (CO2), a gas that is essential for creating bubbles. Next, cold water is placed in a container, and CO2 is introduced under pressure, either using a CO2 tank or a CO2 charger. If using a tank, the valve is adjusted to create the right pressure, while a CO2 charger is activated by shaking the bottle.
