How quickly can it brew back-to-back cups?
The 174 uses Keurig® technology for unlimited back-to-back brewing, delivering a fresh cup roughly every 60 seconds to keep pace with busy workplaces.
How does the used-pod disposal work?
After each brew, the 174 automatically ejects the used K-Cup® pod into a built-in trash bin, so no one has to handle spent pods.
Does it accommodate travel mugs?
Yes. The mug shelf flips up to accommodate taller travel mugs, and there’s a 6″ dispensing height with the shelf in place or 7.5″ without.
What needs to be ready before installation?
You’ll need a cold potable water supply with pressure between 40 and 60 PSI, a dedicated 120 VAC/60Hz/15 amp outlet within 2.5 feet of the machine (no extension cords), and roughly 14″ W x 20″ D of countertop space with at least 20″ of height clearance above. Your local Culligan Quench expert can confirm the details before installation.
