Culligan Quench Leadership Team

Todd Peterson
President
Todd is the President of Culligan Quench, bringing 30 years of operating and executive leadership experience to the company. In addition to his responsibility for Culligan Quench’s P&L, Todd has overseen more than 75 acquisitions during his tenure at the company. Todd currently serves on the Board of Directors of Nwestco, a provider of industrial maintenance, testing, and compliance services, and of Philabundance, the largest hunger relief organization in the Philadelphia area. Prior to joining Culligan Quench, Todd was an Operating Partner at Element Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in clean energy and water. Todd holds BS and MBA degrees from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where, as a graduate student, he was awarded a Ford Fellowship.

Andy Corr
Chief Operating Officer
Andy works with the Executive Leadership Team to define strategic objectives and opportunities to ensure Culligan Quench continuously exceeds its goals. Andy has more than 30 years of experience in the water industry. In the 1990s, he started a commercial water treatment company in Central Europe, then later in his career he worked with McKinsey and Accenture, advising companies like Culligan, Ecolab, and Nalco. Andy received his BA in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University. He received his MBA from the University of Michigan.

Melissa Marra
Chief Financial Officer
Melissa joined Culligan Quench as CFO in the fall of 2024, bringing extensive financial leadership from her previous role of Vice President, Global FP&A at Culligan International which she held since April 2020. Previously, before joining Culligan, she spent 14 years at GE in roles of increasing responsibility within the Global Finance organization including participation in GE’s renowned leadership development programs. A graduate of Union College, Melissa is a detail-oriented finance executive with global experience and a passion for data-driven decision-making and developing finance talent.

Tom Breslin
Chief Administrative Officer
Tom joined Culligan Quench in 2012 to lead the company’s financial organization and provide strategic insight. Tom brings substantial financial management and mergers and acquisitions expertise to Culligan Quench. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of several high-growth, private equity-backed companies in his 20-plus year career, including Sonitrol Corporation (commercial security systems), Aspen Marketing Group (marketing services), and Cardinal Business Media (magazine publishing and trade shows). Tom began his career with Arthur Anderson, is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and is a graduate of LaSalle University.

John Whalen
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
John leads Culligan Quench’s national sales organization and joined the company in 2013. Prior to Culligan Quench, he was Regional Vice President at Comcast, leading a 200-member sales team, and held various sales and management roles at TW Telecom, Level 3, and AT&T. A graduate of West Point and the University of North Carolina, John also served as a platoon leader and captain in the U.S. Army Rangers.

Chris Turano
Senior Vice President, Field Service & Scheduling
Chris has led service operations in the filtered water cooler industry longer than Culligan Quench has been in existence, serving as head of the company’s service organization since 2007. During his tenure, he has more than tripled the number of Culligan Quench coolers installed and serviced across the U.S. Previously, Chris was Director of Service at Aquaperfect, where he started as a service technician. Chris holds a CORe certificate from Harvard Business School Extension.

Kit Neuman
Senior Vice President, Customer Care, Coffee, Canada, Puerto Rico
Kit oversees several departments at Culligan Quench, including Customer Care and Coffee, and leads the company’s business units in Canada and Puerto Rico. Prior to Culligan Quench, he was a Manager at Bain & Company, leading due diligence projects and working with industrial clients. Kit holds a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Stefanie Showell-Jones
Vice President, Human Resources
Stefanie joined Culligan Quench in 2020 as VP of Human Resources, where she oversees HR strategy, best practices, and programs for the company and its dealer network. Before Culligan Quench, she was Area HR Director at Republic Services, leading HR operations across multiple business units in the Northeast. Stefanie holds a BS in Health Studies from Boston University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from American University.

Bob Mitchell
Vice President and General Manager, Indirect
Vice President and General Manager, Indirect
Bob joined Culligan Quench in 2011, where he built and led departments like Sales Operations and Customer Care. After a brief stint at KPMG, he returned in 2018 to lead Culligan Quench’s first international division, Quench Canada, and now oversees Sales and Marketing for the dealer network. Bob holds a BS from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Temple University.
